Goal : reach 120lbs in 2 months

Hi Blog,

As much as I don't want to make this into a weight loss diary/ journal, I have now lost around 3 pounds since starting gym 4 weeks ago. I know this is still quite little when I know I could've lost more. But dieting is my real enemy here. There was one time, I ate a whole pack of cookies and Nagaraya when I could never finish those myself before when I didn't go to the gym. Workouts make me more hungry.

But I've already given up some things. Like soda, and Milo at night. I've trained myself not to crave for soda. When eating out, I ask for water instead of any other drinks offered. I've also become more cautious since even fruit drinks/juices when bought outside are more sugary than healthy.

And Milo..., I love Milo! But now I drink and savor it in the morning and have stopped drinking at night. It's one thing I probably can never give up.

My exercise regimen consists of working out at the gym around 2 to 3 times a week. I have started looking forward to it since I see myself becoming stronger in a sense I can do more sit-ups and more numbers of repetitive machine workouts. I also love using Cardio equipment especially the elliptical. Well so there I hope I can lose a lot of weight and hope that you can share with me your miraculous weight loss stories cause I badly need a miracle right now :)

Traffic !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Talagang minsan sobrang nakakaasar bumiyahe dito sa Maynila. 6:30 out sa office, 9:30 na nakarating sa bahay! Talo ko pa ang lumuwas, eh Metro Manila lang naman ang iniikot ko. Hay nako! Simulan nyo na ang the Fort Bus. "Less Stress" daw ang motto nila, pero dapat may statement sa ilalim na, "Less Stress... During non-rush hours... otherwise, megastress!" To think na, pumipila yung mga tao, bumababa lang sa mga designated bus stops, pero mas mahirap! Bakit parang mas madali pang makipagsikuhan sa Coastal bus stop area going to Edsa kung saan walang sistema sa pagpila kaysa sa the Fort Bus Station na disciplinado ang sistema. Wahhh, only in the Philippines! Truly, it defies reason.

Isa pa yang FX station sa Makati. Talaga namang walang mas reasonableng dapat sakyan kung hindi ang mga vans nila na dederetso sa lugar nyo. Pero grabe, kung magmahal, limang piso agad. Akala mo naman may nagimprove, halos maloka pa rin ako sa kakahintay ng FX. Shems, iuwi nyo na kami, please!

Basta talagang grabeng grabe ang traffic dito sa Maynila. Hindi naman ako nag-O.T. pero parang sana nag-OT na lang ako. Kumita pa sana. Alam nyo pag traffic nagiging masungit ang mga nasa paligid ko o kasama sa pila. Nakakunot mga noo, nagtsk-tsk sila, tapos umiikot yung mga mata parang may invisible na kaaway. Hahaha. Ewan, kakaiba ang epekto ng traffic sa mga tao.

Kanina lang sa van, nakatulog ka na't lahat pagkagising mo halfway ka pa lang. Close na nga kami nung mga pasahero e. Sa tagal ng stay namin dun, rinding -rindi na kami dun sa usapan ng driver at ng mga kakosa nya sa walkie-talkie. Masakit na yung pwet at pati mga tuhod stiff na kasi matagal na naka-bend. Inis na inis na rin ako sa magboyfriend na nag pi-PDA sa harap ko. Hay... inis na inis na nga ang beauty ko, iniinggit nyo pa!

Pasok sa eksena ang favorite motto ko -- "Dadaloy din ang ginhawa". Patay na, may digging ang Maynilad! Grabe, patong patong na, halos dalawang lane na lang ang dinadaanan ng mga sasakyan. Dagdag pa sa traffic! Ganito rin ba sa inyo?

Sana may magawa ang MMDA tungkol sa traffic sa Maynila, although kung ako rin ang taga-MMDA, hindi ko rin alam kung pano. Grabe sakit sa ulo yung nata-trap ka everyday sa paghintay na makauwi ka na, sobrang hirap sa pagcommute, nako! Kung araw araw ganito nakakapagod rin. Ano, magiimplement na naman sila ng mga pahirap na rules tulad ng number coding sa public buses? Nako, isip naman kayo ng mga rules na hindi general commuting public ang nahihirapan. Kita mo nga ngayon, matraffic pa rin naman ah.

O sige na masyadong napahaba na 'tong sinulat ko. Naglalabas lang naman ako actually ng sama ng loob sa naranasan ko today.

Smiling on the left... but... still smiling

Bell's palsy is a neural disease we learned about as students in nursing school. The singer Frenchie Dy, is known to have acquired it and everyone thought 'what bad luck that among the hundreds of diseases out there, this rare one actually gets her'. That's what I think everyone felt. It's actually quite an issue with Frenchie since she's a performer and therefore must have a face that always looks good in front of an audience. My sister thought this form of facial paralysis can be had when you overexpose yourself to a fan or airconditioning. She swears that two of her classmates, who always placed a fan on one side of their faces,eventually acquired paralysis on that side. My friend told me that she had a friend once, who, when her boyfriend left her, instantly got Bell's Palsy.

So much for all the theories and urban legends surrounding the very mysterious Bell's Palsy.

Why am I even blogging about it anyway? That's because I have it.

Well today is Day 11 of my recovery from Bell's Palsy. It feels normal actually. I don't feel any fever coming in nor am I suffering from an insurmountable amount of pain. Just that I noticed in the beginning of last week, my eyes were becoming very uncomfortable,a little bit painful and itchy. That's when I realized that my right eyelid does not close properly which is reason for it to feel uncomfortable and compensate by being teary-eyed. I also felt pressure at the front and back of my ear and our house was on full no-direct-contact alert because we all thought this was the highly transmissible Mumps. I am thankful it's not mumps cause that's more painful and scary. I still was able to go to work although my eyes still kept tearing up. Then the middle of the week came and suddenly my entire right face could not move.Only one eye blinks. When I try to close it, the eyelid only closes a little halfway. The right eyebrow does not rise or frown. The right nostril does not flare and that looked kind of funny. What's more obvious is the mouth part. It's really unnerving when I speak or laugh or smile, my mouth moves on one side so I tried hard not to smile during the next few days.

I was so lucky to have bosses who were also health care practitioners and easily noticed that a cause of my sudden inability to move my facial muscles could be neural in nature. I was terrified at first because I thought anything connected to nerves is a major issue. Immediately on the day after onset, we went to a neurologist and she explained to us that a virus attacked my system and was 'eating' my facial nerve. She confirmed this condition to be Bell's Palsy. I am thankful that my case was mild. She prescribed Prednisone/ or an anti-inflammatory agent to lessen any swelling that may also be affecting the nerve and Vitamin B complex for neural repair (amazing!). She told us that a common cause of Bell's Palsy is stress and puyat (or spending time awake during normal sleeping hours). I have a talent for pagpupuyat. I love it. And now it has now taken a toll on my body which made me realize how I should value my health more.

Our neurologist explained that this was more common that most people think. More of her Bell's Palsy cases happen around the holidays when people are more prone to stress, partying and staying up late. Well, anyway, so much for all these explanations and causes. We've all now proven wrong all the previous urban legends about Bell's.

Day 11 photo: more teeth can be seen

Well now as an update on Day 11,... my eyes, they say, blink together. I can see more of my teeth on the right side when I smile. My eyebrows are still worrisome since they still do not frown or rise as willed. But with my family and friends' faith and prayers on my side, I am so much better. Eleven days after and I look so normal barely no one noticed the small imbalances on either side of the face. Other patients (reference: youtube) still have the major symptoms for several weeks or months on end. The end goal here is to get all muscles to return to normal at the same pace and avoid therapy. My personal goal is to get my smile back :)

I hope that what I've shared with you today would increase your insight about your health. I never would've known how much my chronic pagpupuyat could affect me and so could it affect you. Stress is a major underlying cause in many diseases today so let's all be careful about our health and lessen the abuse we inflict on our bodies.

Finding Peace in Cebu

This is probably one of the my best and most memorable vacations ever and it happened right here in our country. This is definitely a memorable first for us since this is the only time that we boarded a plane AS A FAMILY! It was almost New Year back then, and my family just waited for me to come after work in the morning and we boarded the plane ASAP. No time to rest, no time to shower, or even eat a meal... We were all so excited to be headed to Cebu.

Well, this is us, visiting the beautiful Taoist Temple near downtown Cebu City. 'Beautiful' is such an understatement, actually. The temple was so breathtaking in the beauty of its structures, flowers, gardens, and fountains. I also loved the huge gong which reminded me of the big temples I only see in movies in distant China. I felt like a foreigner in my own country. The Philippines is known for it's beautiful natural tourist destinations but this one is man-made which really amazed me. I never would've believed that such a building that can be visited without a fee existed . I'm really just proud of it. I hope this picture gives it justice. I think everyone must have time to visit this temple even if you're a from a different religion or sect. My siblings and I sat there and felt contemplative and peaceful once we were inside. Here's a place where you can do some serious soul-searching. We've visited almost all the tourist spots in Cebu -- the Mactan shrine, Mountainview Top, Magellan's Cross, to name a few, but this wonderful building really has a place in my heart and will always be a place where I found a little bit more of serenity and happiness amidst the bustling city of Cebu.

Isang nagmamadaling Flor ang naglakad papunta sa mall nung isang araw. May isang boy/girl na pumara sakin tapos biglang bati na "hindi naman ako masamang tao". Fine! Defensive sya agad kasi nakitang nakakunot na yung noo ko.

"Pwede bang humingi ng pamasahe?, kailangan ko lang pauwing Bulacan"

Nagbigay naman ako ng sampungpiso.Parang ayaw nyang tanggapin kasi mukhang kulang pa ang pamasahe papuntang probinsya. Pero sorry, sir/maam nagmamadali ako.

May isang mag-ina pa ulit na pumara sakin pero talagang late na ko e.

Anyway, since my paid-to-wait-and-stay-at-home dream job has finally ended, I am back in the open seas of job hunting. Pero 'think positive' ako ngayon kahit di ko pa rin alam ang susunod kong gagawin. Alam ko kasi na marami nang opportunities ngayon na naghihintay lang basta masigasig ka sa paghahanap nito. Well I hope you guys could pray for me!

My drawing class is in a hiatus so here are some doodles i did over the summer.

Artist's Level: Beginner pa lang ako. babaan nyo lang ang expectations nyo :)

I'm trying to develop a style of my own. As you can see, i find it so difficult to draw eyes. Just check out the unbalanced eyes and brows of the guy. Drawing hair is also a problem. Mala-Erap tuloy ang buhok nung lalaki.

Anyway, I think the woman in the drawing looks better than the guy though i usually draw males better. Sad to say, chamba lang to, at hindi ko pa kayang ulit ulitin ang pagdrowing sa mukha nya.

* Each week, i will post random sketches I've drawn. I'm doing this so i will ALWAYS remember to draw (at hindi puro computer, tv at wowowee ang inaatupag ko). Please comment!

No More Braces!

Papa: "Wow talagang naayos na sya!"
Mama: "Anak, parang false teeth..
Nako, tataba ka lalo kasi lahat pwede mo na kainin.
Bawal ka na mag-Milo from now on."

Sa isip isip ko, "mama inggit lang kayo"

Anyway, halos 3 years na'ko naka-braces. Pag nakabraces ka, it's either ikakaganda mo or otherwise. Ako..otherwise. . Kaya nung inalis na yung mga brackets, iba yung naramdaman ko. Pakiramdam ko talaga may magbabago sa buhay ko.

Naalala ko tuloy nung natanggal na yung mga braces ni Ugly Betty. Isang buong episode ang nilaan para lang dun! In the end, gumanda sya, tumuwid ang buhok, napromote sa trabaho, at ..nainlove sa kanya yung boss nya. Gusto ko rin gumanda, gusto ko rin mapromote, pero hindi ko naman yata gustong mainlove yung ... sakin...? ....

ANYWAY.

Naalala ko noon, sobrang saya kong nagkwkwento sa isang kaibigan, tapos bigla syang tumigil at sinabing "Wag kang gagalaw, pipicturan ko lang yang orange na nakasabit [sa ipin mo]" -True Friend $@%&!

Dahil hindi na ko nagaalala na pag nagsmile ako, may nakasabit na kung ano sa bakal,mas nagiging confident na ko magsmile at makipagusap sa tao. Yun, isang pagbabago na yun. Confidence..

I welcome the change. I can really feel na katumbas ng pagbabago ng shape ng mukha ko, magbabago rin ang mga konting mga bagay bagay sa buhay ko. Diba nga, "True life is lived when tiny changes occur". It might be just a tiny change, but it is change, nonetheless.

"Walang Day Off !" -- Mama

It's Mother's day again and unlike last year, ginawa kong memorable para kay mama kahit papano ang mother's day.

1. Binigyan ko sya ng Day Spa gift certificates. Maraming nagsasabi na ang gift certificates ay binibigay lang ng walang maisip na iregalo. Unimaginative daw kasi walang preparation na involved.. Pwes, ang mahal kaya no! It's the thought that counts naman. Natuwa sya sa mga massage, facial, etc na nakalagay sa mga certificate. At nakahinga ako ng malalim dahil natuwa rin sya dun sa "Diamond peel" service dun. Akala ko mao-offend sya.

2. Bumili rin kami ng cake [at ice cream] para sa tatlong espesyal na nanay sa family namin. Yan ay sa kadahilanang alam naman namin na hindi nila ito masyadong kakainin dahil sa hindi na pwede (diabetic, cholesterol, high blood). Ergo, sa amin mapupunta ang malaking bahagi ng cake at ice cream. (evil laugh)

Nababasa mo ba ang nakasulat sa cake? (base ito sa aktuwal na reaksyon ng mga kumain ng cake)

3. Alam ko na iisipin nyo na ako ang pinakamasamang anak.. pero .. Sya pa rin ang nagligpit ng pinggan! wah sorry. Nagrereklamo pa naman sya na mabuti pa ang katulong, may day off.

Hippie for a Day

Wt: 131 lbs, rice eaten: 1 cup (so proud), snacks: 5 ( ice cream, potato salad, brownies, puto bumbong, potato chips), jump ropes: 0 , diet regimen: After Six

Today,
I learned that the word Hors d'œuvres is pronounced as "Orderves". And notwithstanding the fact that i am now at an all time high of 131 pounds, i am once again talking about food. Hors d'œuvres are the small one bite appetizers you eat at a party. So at least you learned something from this blog today.

Anyway,
Talking about parties, I attended my aunt's recent birthday bash and i partied like there's no tomorrow. My aunt had installed a disco ball in her entertainment room and the ball wasn't rented,.. it's there to stay permanently! And so I started dancing crazily and that probably cancelled any chance of having a lovelife. I think i ticked off any possible suitors. I know, I assume too much (hahaha). They also asked me if i took drugs. "Yes.. Orange Flower" I said just to shut them up. Orange flower is the most popular among the ecstasy pills. And yes if you are a nurse like me, you get to retain useless information like that.

The biggest reason i say i ticked off any possible beaus is this~ The theme of the party is The Psychedelic Sixties. And apparently, i was the only one who actually wore a costume :/

Guess who took things too seriously?

I wanted to look like this..

..but i guess i failed miserably.haha. Forgive me for my pessimism though. I love costume parties and i couldn't care less that everyone else is under-dressed. Being a hippie for a day was exhilarating. I suggest you try it. Do wear a forehead band, look high, do some kooky dance moves, and stop eating all those hors d' oeuvres or you'll end up packed with 131 lbs too.

April Fools' Prank Memories

When my sister and i were in high school, we used to love april fools. hanggang sa tumanda na kami, nakakalimutan na namin parang sayang lumampas na yung april fools.

we used to play pranks on others via phone, which proved to be really effective! una, hindi nakikita ng tao yung facial expression mo at kung natatawa ka na. you just have to do great voice impressions.

we chose a very likely victim from school, someone who wouldnt tell on us. siguro sa popularity pyramid, isa sya sa mga geek guys. but who am i to say? i wasnt that popular either. anywaysss,

victim (proceeds to sing): Oh baby baby how was is supposed to know...That something wasnt right here, oh baby baby i shouldnt have let you go.. i must confess, that my loneliness..

sis: okay na! you just won yourself free tickets to her concert. congratulations!!!

Since i couldnt contain my laughter any longer, i told him, "Goodness! hindi mo pa ba kami nakikkilala!!!" Sobrang nakakatawa kasi may effort talagang kumanta. And what's really funny is that he never guessed from the start that we were fakes bec we werent so good in our DJ accents and of course im sure we sounded too young. But the best best part is that i made him sing. to this day i regret the fact that i was unable to record the conversation.. haaay

anyway, senior year came, and this geek guy victim of ours turned out to become one of our CAT officers. yikes!

Hello guys.

Would just like to share with you my good luck at present. I still cross my fingers each day bec. I dont want this blessing to be lifted from me. I know I always yak about my hardship at work and how hard it is to deal with bosses.

right now, we're just dealing with paper work and filing so we're basically benign. im just under contract that's why there i no certainty of how long they'll let me stay. i was thinking that by the end of feb, i need to be looking for another job. that's the thing with research, it's not permanent but it somehow worked for me. anyway, my immediate superior just told me that they're letting me stay until April.

PERK: i get to do almost next to nothing and get 2 full months' salary.

wow. i cant believe my luck. i guess i can say that this is the payment for the tears and disappointments i had over the past month. it was really stressful. but i know i should still be ready to know what to do next with my life. ( and i am so utterly clueless)

Plus i started going to drawing class again. They've been teaching me about face proportions and expressions.

Wish me luck on that.

Hello good evening.

in less than two hours, it will be February again and im not excited at all bec it may sound loser-ish but ive never been on an intimate date on valentines' . ive been to a few group dates but i dont regret them cause i had fun!

anyhow.

do you recognize this facebook group?

Rings true, it think. there have been a lot of guys in my life who ruin my being friends with them based on some misguided notion that im flirting. sometimes, when i like a person or i want to get to know them better, i try to be nice to them,. invite them to activities, try to learn about their lives on a personal level. But if they are men, they tend to misinterpret and think that maybe i am being nice to them so we could date.

There was one time. I chose this guy to be my partner in a beadmaking activity. (You have to choose one from the opposite sex). He made us wear those bracelets at church together. And i was so stupid not to notice that he was actually doing something that was supposed to be romantic. i never knew his intentions until he gave me that teddy bear with a heart and red candle. i kept the candle, though.

and then there was this other guy, who i gave my attention to because he was extremely nice. i spoke with him and joked and laughed. but that was it. he was like an older kuya so i treat/humored him like one. then while i was having lunch that day, i saw him in some hidden position taking a video of me while i eat! grabe.. stalker!.. he really ticked me off. but i was trying to be so nice that i just got his camera and deleted my video which really looked disgusting. i mean who really wants to see a woman masticating food?

that night, during the dance socials, sadly, i got to dance with almost no one because he placed his chair like a bakuran beside me. i didnt enjoy. lucky for me, my sister got me out of the situation by telling me to sit at her table. she's so good at that.

there is still no good ending between these 2 guys. sometimes people think im mean when im trying to avoid converstaions wih them. in fairness to me, i think ive never done anything to consciously to mislead them. but no matter what i do im still end up being the bad guy.

what is the lesson to be learned here people?

Hello there, it's been ages!.

I missed blogging a lot but one thing that hinders me from coming back here in this particular site, is the fact that it doesnt even have a pagerank so it's like i lost some interest in it. It became zero well within last year for a reason i have yet to discover but i hope that if anyone has an idea, could you please enlighten me?

Anyway, even if i , the author, have lost interest in this blog, i hope you can spark some interest in it. go to the must-reads section on the left part. i have assumed that they are my better posts. thank you

Updates:
I am so scared to write about my current job right now, because of my boss, who has never failed to terrify me every single time we meet. But because of him, i have become very, very successful in my job/goal/task. I cannot tell you the nature of my work bec im too terrified that he might find this blog or read about my murmurings..
Walls have eyes and ears.

He is different from other bosses because you'd actually remember his face. I actually dreamt about his eyes (huge ones) after he got angry with me. Napanaginipan ko talaga.

When his anger is on a rampage, it'sbest that you just shut up. But in all fairness to him, he doesnt get angry for no reason. But it's still best that you shut up.

Hello dont you know that i just realilzed that this blog just turned 1 year old a month ago. wow. im a bad blogger, i neglected this toddler blog. oh well at least im writing now. for anyone who would care to read, i actually am now pursuing my cartoonist dream but it was instantly put on a halt since im kinda busy with my new job in research. wow what a term.. "research". well im really into this field and im using my organizing and medical know how skills. i find it awesome that what im doing is something important (it's an international study). i was really overwhelmed with the enormrous amount of responsibility but now im getting the hang of it, thanks to answered prayers. my faith really increased.

Anyway, i really hope i could push thru with my dreams in the drawing field. i really really hope..
maybe in the next few months i can post a few of the drawings.

Korean school chronicles.

For this month:
* i learned how to spell my name

* I also tutored as a substitute for one student for 4 days. I really like this 12 year old Korean. She's so funny and playful and both of us dont have to adjust with each other. We became friends instantly.

One time she was reading something,..she stopped in mid sentence and told me "Teacher, can you smell my feet?" . I tried to pretend that i didnt but it smelled like i dont wanna tell. Well anyway, she was laughing because she said that the aroma went up to her nose.

So what she did was to get one shoe and put it to her nose to smell it then she took the other shoe and smelled it too. Ang cool, amuyan pala ng paa ang trip nito.

So yun. Hindi ko sya mapagalitan kasi pati ako natatawa sa kanya. She looked like a character straight out of a funny anime/Manga comic book.

On her fourth day with me, i told her that it would be the last day i would tutor her. She told me that she wanted me to be her teacher, but i couldnt stay later for her. Nag9 hour shift na nga ako para sa kanya.

So she gave me this: this means " i will miss you teacher".

Now i know why it's so fulfilling to be a teacher.

Well, anyway, ever since childhood, Goldilocks treats were always a part of our baons, parties, holidays and simple meriendas. You're the one, Goldilocks because you're the pastry shop of my childhood, present and future.

For baon, the little me would frequently ask my mom for the chewy, classic brownies. Other brownies I have tasted would always have to compare with Goldilocks brownies. Oh, I remember! Mamon and brownies go head to head as my baon. But the stress of being a teacher now makes me crave for my new love: Marble slice.

For parties, my auntie used to order cake rolls for her birthday cause it saves money for her. But, us, kids never feel deprived cause that particular cake roll is a Brazo de Mercedes. It's like having both leche flan and cake at the same time. We loved it. It's a great memory.

Well, now that my aunt's moneyed, cakes are a staple for our family parties and holidays. Our new discovery is the Chocolate Mousse cake. It's perfect. It's the family's new favorite. But for my cousins and I, though we're older, our tastebuds will never forget (and will always look for) a Brazo de Mercedez roll.

For my birthdays, give me any Goldilocks cake as long as it's chocolate (lol)..just put some flowers, make sure there's icing, and we'll make sure that you won't get out of my party without icing on your face.

So you see, my family and Goldilocks have a history of fun together. My sweet tooth always finds it's way to their cakes & pastries and all those happy memories.

Well, too much blogging is making me hungry.

A Swine Flu horror story

Let me start by saying that my cousin is studying in De La Salle University and she attended classes last May 27th to June something, ...just before classes were suspended due to the swine flu. I was always teasing her and my other friends from DLSU that they shouldn't come near me at any time cause if they sneeze, i'd give 'em the beating of their lives.

Friday afternoon, she texted me:
guys, kinonfirm ng kakilala qng clasm8 ntn
sa market1 n ung 1st confirmed case ng influenza
a s la salle ay galing dun sa foreigner clasm8 ntn.
wla lang

Wow. But then, of course i didnt mind this. She was teasing me even the day before that they had a Japanese classmate that hasn't been coming to school for 2 days. Still, I went to my cousin's home because they invited me to eat there. I gave them a value meal Mcdo treat kasi sweldo (yey!) , and suddenly someone the phone rang. My cousin's voice turned formal. After that call, she told me that this was from the D.O.H. She was asked to get some medicine from San Lazaro and that she would have to self -quarantine herself for 10 days.

Even if she kept telling me that she's strong and doesn't feel any symptoms, im still so extremely terrified with the idea of getting THE flu. From what i heard, traditional flu shots don't work.

And today, she went to church with us. Churches are a public place so good luck churchmates!

It's true. I'm single, I cant say I'm happy nor can I say that im not satisfied. That's because I've never known what's it like to not be single. it's just so weird that people make a big fuss out of it. Minsan kinekwestyon pa nila ang gender preference ko--

Toot. Nakakfrustrate. Sa una sasabihin nila "Imposible! sa ganda mong yan?" (nagbubuhat na ng bangko). Sa huli, binibigyan na nila ako ng unsolicited advice tulad ng dapat daw open ako at baka daw masyadong mataas ang standards, at kung sino dapat ang pipiliin ko. Maybe Im a little picky. Pero in making choices kahit na ka-date lang, you have to make the best choice. Hindi yung pipili ka lang just to try it kundi pipili ka because you mean it. Kaya i'd just like to repeat -- your advice is unsolicited.

My point: I am perfectly content with just myself right now. Being single doesnt mean i'm lonely.
Walang hang-ups ang pagiging single. Nagtataka nga ako sa mga friends ko na tinatakasan lang ang mga magulang pag may gimik pero kailangan pa magpaalam sa boyfriend. Bakit? Bakit??

Pakiramdam ko, hindi pa talaga ako handa sa mga commitments ng isang relationship. Nageenjoy ako pag nakakaalis mag isa (sure ka ba,ate?). Na wala munang masyadong inaaalala kundi ang pamilya ko at career na hindi ko pa masyadong ma-handle. I know that there's so much that's happening right now and I feel that if I do enter in a relationship, it would be a affected if not baka maging disaster pa.

Teka why am I even explaining? Para tuloy naging official statement 'to.

Anyway, in my mylot page, i made a question similar to this (im 21 and single ever since.. is that odd?) I loved the responses that those lovely mylotters gave me.

My student and I were talking about a situation that she felt bad about.

My student says "my 2 kids are becoming fat. I feel bad that they had UTI and I didn't bring them to the doctor. They became bloated."

"They dont look cute anymore because they are 4 years old, they are big." , she adds.

I said, "I think 4 year olds look cute." while picturing the kids in my neighborhood.

She says "They dont even have exercise, they just walk around the house"

In my mind I say, what kind of kids dont go out and just stay inside a house all the time. And so I replied to her, "What do they do inside your house, do they play video games?"

Then she gave me the most puzzled look of the year. Apparently we weren't talking about her kids but her cats. (Meow!) Well, she pronounced it as KEDS.

Earlier in this blog, i have said that i wanted to be a korean teacher (like it matters right) heck yes it matters, cause this is my life blog. Well anyway, to cut the long story short, my friend declined the job and so it went to me.

oh my gums, im a loser.
Nope, I'm not, ..the job is flexible, there's free wi-fi, sometimes they give me authentic korean food, and my students are old enough to hang out with.

Today, one of my students told me, "hey guess what, we gave you a nick name"
it;s pronounced Kuk Hwa (which sounds like my real nick name).
it's spelt like this.

I asked what it means.
He said " it's a flower for our funerals"

What?? of course i dont want to lie and say 'What a great name.. thanks..but no thanks.'

okay so he looked in his dictionary and Kuk Hwa actually means Chrysanthemum. So it's a nice name after all.

If I'd have a baby (that is in the future, cross fingers), I'd name her 'Kara' if she's a girl. It's perfect and I find it unique. I also heard my friend say she wanted to name her future baby 'Hiyas' which means gem in Filipino. Great choice! But I still haven't thought of a name for a son. I found a site that gives you a huge database of names and their meanings! Namespedia.com is where you can find gazillions of names listed. Makes it easier for future moms out there who haven't decided. You can also add your own unique name, put a name meaning and list it under any nationality. Right now I'm contemplating on Alexander, a famous Macedonian name. So, what will you name your baby? Go ahead check their list!

just sharing:

What i really learned from the bum experience (bec. ive been given so much time to think and ponder during the months i wasted being a bum) is that, in life, you always have to have back up plans. On anything, clothes to wear, food to eat, boys to date, or in my case, opportunitites to grab. My initial plan was to quit my job and study animation. But since I've learned that life is unpredictable and fate could also be your enemy, i thought of a back up plan. And now I am not devastated like before. There is something that cushions the blows.

So i also discovered, it's true what adults say that school is nothing compared to life after it. I am on my own now. In school, everything is scheduled, you just have to go, you would fail if you dont study well. But life after it is an entirely different challenge. You're free, but you just dont know if your doing anything right. It's hard being an adult. I miss school so bad.

i dont understand the emo culture

i know that the trend these past years have been about men going for crazy hairstyles like spikes,or wearing it long like those Taiwanese boys, i also understand that there's been an ongoing fad about tattoos or wearing more than 1 pair of earrings in some uncharted regions in the human body, or of women wearing really tiny clothes or really slim, skinny jeans or of the trend of celebrities shaving their heads. but this one i can't get myself to understand. when has the trend of cutting oneself ever look good?

This is dangerous, mamaya matetano pa kayo. Truthfully this form of self expression is very different, if not disturbing. Why is everything emo so ...emotional?, im sure people get hurt and heartbroken all the time but those guys are like celebrating sadness, depression and negativity. To me it's like screaming "hey i love being miserable, let me just sulk here in my dark place". Sure life has its down times but life is altogether beautiful. There's so many things to celebrate about this existence. It's easy to be miserable but there are so many fun and precious moments that life has to offer. Dont let them pass you by. Dont cut yourselves. Cut that cr@p.

The reason im so concerned is because my brother is a self-confessed emo boi. I hope he grows out of it. i hope this generation grows out of it. just like my father grew out of wearing bell bottom jeans in the 70's haha (he now cringes when he sees his old pictures). But then again, for those who are fans of the emo style, defend yourselves and let me understand about the culture. Maybe i am just ignorant or maybe not.

I am about to leave this call center industry with high hopes and a sad heart. High hopes because finally i am back to the road that i truly want to be in. Sad heart because for the three months that i have stayed in that call center, i have learned to love my team mates. Almost all of them have been fathers and mothers to me, since i am the youngest/ "bunso".

Honestly, i used to hate that they make fun of the fact that i dont drink or smoke. Sagad pa sa bastos pag nagjojoke sila. Minsan gusto ko ng sabihin na puro sex na lang ba ang kaya nyong pagusapan magdamagan. Minsan maririndi ka din. Pero habang tumatagal nagegets ko na, part lang yun ng personality nila. Sa totoo lang mga tao rin sila na marunong magmahal -ate V. Napakabait nila sa'kin at talagang mamimiss ko ang mga pangungulit at pagaalaga nila, pagbibigay ng pagkain at pagkinig sa mga mabababaw na problema ko. I hope meron din akong impluwensya sa buhay nila,..

Well right now, i feel thankful, grateful of this experience that i had.

I feel lucky bec. I can actually witness my brother as he grows up. Pero marami na ring nagbabago sa kanya, kasi nga lumalaki na sya, kaya nakakalungkot lang na hindi na sa kanya pwede ang bine-baby.

Anyway,pumunta naman tayo sa first call.
I received a call for the Dental dept. Pero Medical dept ako kaya mali. I tried to transfer her to Dental pero hindi ako marunong. Pano ba naman, tinuro lang samin ang pagamit sa AVAYA in 10 seconds.(What is an AVAYA? it is a phone from the Pleistocene period -Merriam Webster) Yung trainer namin, jargon pa ang ginagamit sa pagtuturo sa amin.

"Okay if you're on break, press Aux 1."
"To Login use, star 8o, then type your Lucent."
"To go back in, use Manual In."

What the heck, ano yan ate!.. Dapat maging sensitive ang mga trainer na hindi lahat sa amin ay may experience sa call center. Hindi pa nga ako marunong maghold. Minu-mute ko lang.
Pano ba naman, sinabi sa'min na to hold, press Hold, to go back to your caller, press Hold din daw. Badtrip. Maling- mali.

Tinawag tuloy akong ridiculous ng first caller ko. Well ridiculous na kung ridiculous, whatever. Gusto mo pang kausapin ang supervisor ko, well, ipinatransfer ko sya sa katabi ko at nirelease na yung call.

Hay, sa inis, kumain ako sa Mcdo ng maraming junk food kahit masira ang diet ko para lang ma-comfort ang sarili. Ganun pala pag stressed, ni hindi mo na malasahan ang pagkain, nilulunok mo na lang.

Pero nung second part nung araw, nakasagot nanaman ako ng tama sa mga tawag at pagsakay sa elevator, nakangiti ako magisa parang baliw. Ganun pala pag napapractice mo ang naituro sayo sa training. Fulfilled ka pag naging successful ang outcome at natulungan mo ang caller mo.

Tapos, napakagaling nung katabi ko. First day nya, meron na siyang commendation. Ang galing. Naiingit ako..pero naiinspire din ako to do better.

Oh well, another week has passed. Next week graduation na namin. Which only means..

Hello friends.
I'm excited cause I already have a new headset.
We will start our ABAY on Monday. (it means we will already take in calls) gulp gulp gulp.
Monday means 21 hours from now.Oh my gosh.
Right now I'm starting to make a cheat sheet for everything i need to say tomorrow.

Last Wednesday, we tested the waters, we went on a pre-ABAY.. (which means we took in calls for an hour to know how it feels like)
i was never given a chance cause my partner was the one who took the calls and i was the one who navigated the system. But our headphones were connected so that we can both hear what the caller was saying.
Bara-bara lang naituro samin ang pagamit ng AVAYA. (the phonelike structure you use to transfer and take calls)..so we really sucked like we didnt know how to log in or transfer.
Napaka sungit pa nung trainer namin nung time na yun. Sa bagay 11 pairs kaya kami na hinahandle nya.

Our first call was a sup call. (it means the caller asked for a supervisor). Horror talaga. This is because we were given calls that were supposed to be for dental. We belong to medical that's why we didnt notice that the call was for another department. "I want to talk to a supervisor", the caller said. Dapat nga magkukunwari na lang kami na ako yung supervisor. But we still called her up. " Im sorry your policy is being handled by another department" said our supersungit supervisor. The caller said to her " why wasnt i told that from the beginning" said the nice- turned-irate caller. The supervisor said a few things and to my surprise really, the customer was appeased. Ang galing men.

We continued making mistake after mistake. Again, the call was out of scope. We need to transfer it pero hindi talaga namin alam gamitin yung AVAYA. Binabaan pa kami. Pano ba naman..

"How do you spell that name again" says my partner.
caller says " Like Nancy..M-A-J-brbrbrbrbr"
watda..
She said Nancy, and spelt it like MAJHID.
we had a hard time.
plus i think my partner was on drugs. (joke lang)
I'm a really empathizing partner though im not sure if i was really helpful to him.
He forgot his lines.
He used up all the ahhs and uhmmms in the world and he was shaking.
Our cheat sheets were flying around, we were so confused.
We really had a hard time. i guess my partner was really nervous.

Oh well, when we all went out after the hour was over, we saw our wavemates (jargon for batchmates) smiling saying "it was easy", "im pumped up" etc. They did great. My partner and I were smiling cause we were laughing at ourselves. It's a learning experience though.

And now Desperadas wins 2nd Best picture. Well, here's something to talk about. I watched it... and.... don't waste your money, i bet it's going to get shown in television in a few months.

it costs 140 pesos per ticket.It's even more expensive than when i watched Dark Knight.. and Dark Knight was superb. Sayang ang pera ko..pambili ng lobo.

Parang niloko lang nila yung film. Sigurado wala na yang sequel kasi wala na talaga syang kwento. Nanggugulo lang. Imagine Ruffa&co (+Ogie) strutting at The Fort carrying shopping bags, slow motion, with matching wind effect sa hair. Basically, that's all.

Nope. exagg naman yun. Basta, siguro kung regular days lang, matiya-tiyaga ko pa yung movie. But the story was all over the place. You understand their point (sisterhood) but the scenes don't get there. I dunno, just that i'm not recommending it. okay. Pero,in all fairness, you will surely have fun kasi sobrang nakakatawa talaga ang mga punchline (Rufa Mae was great). Pero for MMFF? idontthinkso. i also regret bringing my kid brother with us bec. there was a some scenes that they were about to..

Sadly. Filipino films have become routine. Horror, o kaya comedy, minsan drama, o kaya basta may loveteam na kasama. Nagimprove na din pero tignan mo ang nangyari sa MMFF ngayon, halata namang sure win ang Baler. I hope there will be more films that cover a broader scope of topics. Nakakatuwa na rin naman pala ang mga indie films ngayon. Happy to see that they're thriving.

My last post on cebu was so poorly (ghastly) written due to my dying brain cells..remember i already work in a call center?, so i thought it would be nice to post again about this wonderful destination.

First day:Bangag
-Kakauwi pa lang ng 6:45am...after an hour we were on the way to the airport.already.
To kill time in MIA, i took pictures of titles of pinoy pocketbooks.try nyo.nakakainspire.

We celebrated the new year with our very kind host. She was an aunt and her German husband kaya libre lahat. I was actually worried cause I wasnt hearing a lot of fireworks like here in Manila. Pero nung nagcountdown kami ng 9,8,7,5,4,3,2,1..ayun ang dami palang fireworks! ang saya..tradisyon kasi yan sa pamilya na manuod sa magagandang fireworks display at tumalon para tumangkad. Ayun so..

Wala talagang handa.Meron lang sherry at traditional german chocolate biscuits.
(Pinakam aganda sa lahat yung nakapolkadots na black. hihi -kilig..)
Hindi ko naisip na masaya rin pala na konti ang handa. una, walang hassle sa pagprepare at paglilinis..Basta nandyan ang pamilya at merong sayawan,solve. Ang saya talaga pag sumasayaw..Parang nakakawala ako.hoooo yeahhh..

2nd day: Seaweed
Narinig ng host namin na gusto naming mga bata na magswimming. Gusto ko pagbalik ko sa opis,halatang nagswimming ako. Nagulat kami kasi matapos lang ang almusal sinabi nya na nakahanda na ang picninc basket namin! complete with swimming gear! Dinala kami sa napakagandang beach resort (Tambuli). Maganda ang sand. Hindi lang masyadong powdery pero parang foot spa ang mga pebbles.

Pero, pero..merong seaweed sa mismong dagat kaya minsan pakiramdam ko nakatapak na ko ng tao o anumang sea creature. Mababaw lang ang dagat kaya pag hindi nyo trip, edi sorry.

Anyway, maganda naman ang resort, 350 pesos consumable..50 pesos is the entrance fee and the 300 pesos is what you will you use to order food.. I also love the pool and the poolside. Feeling ko nasa Desperadas movie ako. Ang dami rin palang foreigners dun. Note to self: next time i will buy a really good looking swimsuit para kamukha ko na talaga si jessica alba.

Pagkatapos magswimming dinala kami sa Mactan shrine. Nakakagulat kasi ang bilis naming makarating dito.Walang traffic! And the good part is, that shrine is a public park and yet it's so clean and beautiful. Walang ganyan sa Maynila. At murang mura ang mga souvenir. dito kami bumili ng starfish.ilalagay ko yun sa scrapbook.

Nung gabi naman , dinala kami sa Mountain view park. Isinakay kami sa Benz lang. Sorry ah. (yabang na)
Literally, it's a park on top of the mountain. Dun makikita mo ang buong cebu city! at marami ng nagiinuman don. At ang best sa lahat, napakalamig! parang baguio. Meron ditong 50pesos entrance fee.
Nadaanan rin pala namin ang LDS temple in cebu na under construction. We're so lucky!

3rd day: hectic
Bumili kami ng otap sa Shamrock..ito talaga ang pinakauso dito. Meron din turones at dried mangoes. Mahal ng konti kasi tourist spot daw talaga ang cebu sabi ni ate. Ate naman o, trenta na lang ang gas.

Pagkatapos ay nagpunta kami sa Magellan's cross. Ang ganda talaga ng public parks dito! Nanguha pa ko ng mga kandila.harharhar. Anyway, sabi nila,dati raw ay sea shore ang lugar na yan kung saan tinirik ang krus ng espanyol. ibig sabihin reclaimed area sya.

Nagpunta rin kami sa Fort San Pedro. Museum ito pero napakasayang maglakad lakad lang sa lawn. Merong mga kanyon, maganda ang architecture at napakahangin.Maganda rin ang garden na may grass at flowers. Pwedeng magshooting o gumulong (optional). Nga pala, ang dami ulit ng foreigners

After 2 seconds, dinala kami sa isang exclusive village. Akala ko kung anong gagawin namin dun. yun pala ay pupuntahan namin ang Taoist temple. Yung entrance ang linis! Akala ko yun na. Pero pagpasok.wow.parang nasa ibang bansa ka. Ang ganda ganda! walang justice ang mga pictures.

Sadly we had to leave and go back to Manila. Pero, grabe nakakarefresh talaga ang bakasyon na 'to. Kaya im ready to face work again!

Gusto ko lang ulitin na lahat ng gala namin ay libre. Mga bisita kami kaya talagang the best kind of hospitality ang ipinakita sa min. Anyways, mahaba na ang sinulat ko..Enjoy.

Situation 1 Naglalakad kami dati sa isang toystore at nakita namin ang isang doctor doctor set. Yun ang natanggap ng pinsan ko nung christmas day galing kay Santa... di ko alam, baka nabasa nya ang isip ng pinsan ko o kaya nagshoshopping na rin sya sa pilipinas. Pero kung sa bagay, napakabait talaga ng pinsan ko. Valedictorian yun.

Pero mas nakapagtataka, yung doctor doctor set na rin yun ang natanggap namin mula sa tiyahin ko on the same christmas...hmmm...

Situation 2
Anyway, hindi ako masyadong bumilib kay Santa. i tot i was a bad girl. Nagsasabit kami ng sako sa labas ng bahay pag christmas eve at nakakatanggap kami ng Pork and Beans, Mongol #2 pencil, at Johnson and Johnson powder. Parang grocery din pala ang mga regalo ni Santa Claus.

Di bale, pag naaalala ko yun ngayon, natutuwa naman ako. At least i have something to smile about when i remember my childhood. Diba, marami akong makekwento sa mga apo ko. Tsaka ngayong meron akong little brother (na si Wenz), ipinagpapatuloy pa rin namin ang tradisyon ng ~~panloloko~~ kabutihan ni Santa Claus. Sana hindi nya pa madiskuber.

It's so cold today! Parang gusto ko nang bumili ng scarf at mittens. (feeling may snow)

Simula na naman ng simbang gabi, pero since LDS kami, siguro sapat na samin ang Simbang Puto Bumbong. Kumbaga, ang pinagpupugay na lang namin eh yung tradisyon nating mga Pinoy. Tsaka talagang masarap ang puto bumbong. October pa lang, suki na kami nyan.

Simula na rin ng training namin last week for Basic Skills.Bale hindi natupad ang pangarap ko maging Korean school teacher. Ang lakas kasi ng hatak ng call center (driving force of money). Well, not that i'm making fun of call centers. It is a decent job with a lot of benefits. And mind you, it helped decrease the employment problem here in the Philippines. Siguro, masyado lang talagang ginawang negative sa paningin ko about call centers. Na mahirap daw pag graveyard..kasi tataba ka, matututo ka magsmoke..matututo ako magkape , politika at may immorality problems din daw.

Unang araw pa lang.., hello world.. Ako na po ang reyna ng second hand smoke. Kaya pinagdasal ko talaga na makahanap ako ng friends na hindi nagssmoke. Nakahanap rin naman ako eventually kaya masaya na rin. Bale tatlo kami out of 1,000. Marami rami rin pala kami.

Yun lang hindi ko ma-take ay ako lang ang kaisa-isang 21 yr old dun. Lahat married, may anak, may ka-partner, parent (single or double), etcetera. Pinakamalapit na sa age ko ang 24 or 23.

I am the only one in my background na fresh grad, single, nbsb,...etcetera din. Minsan hindi ko masakyan ang humor nila. Tsaka yun nga, double meaning.

Basically, Im thankful because I have a finally have a job this Christmas. Another thing is that during training, we are paid to be entertained in class. Nakakatawa yung teacher namin parang comedy bar. Tapos lagi merong production number pag may late sa klase at nung last day ng basic training. Natututo pa ko ng Standard English accent. I'm also thankful because, at least, I'm being exposed to different backgrounds when it comes to people. Tsaka welcome to the real world na nga talaga ang drama ko.

Ayun. I miss my friends and all the fun gala times. Medyo melancholy, but I have to stay positive para maging worthwhile ang 3 months stay ko bilang call center agent. Aja Aja, fighting!

If I just knew it back in college, then I would've just bought original beats for my own vid. The site Jee Juh.com has a list of hiphop and rap instrumental music right in their homepage. The blog name itself makes a reader itch to know about this blog. . Basically, I Will Not Die is about the author's personal views, life events and opinions. I have read a few posts but you can already sense that the articles or the blog itself is about inspiring its readers to “not die” or to not give up. Not exactly that but quite similar. It's a very simple blog..not much designs and no pictures or that much color to get you attention..But why do I think this blog is worth reading? That's because this blog is optimistic yet practical. Our world (especially in the author's country, USA) is so filled up with rants and negativism that, somehow, blogs like this one provide a ray of hope. My take on that is..
Most Filipinos are natural whiners. Puro reklamo lang. Puro sisi. Pero walang gawa.

Totoong may corruption sa Pilipinas.Marami ngang mali ang gobyerno natin.
Pero sa loob ng ilang taon, ang dami nang ikina-improve ang bansa natin. Alam kong pansin nating lahat ito pero syempre puro sisi lang ang kayang gawin nating mga Pinoy. Wala man lang pumupuna sa magagandang nagawa ng gobyerno. Dumami ang trabaho, gumanda ang mga kalsada, marami nang nacoconvict for corruption, dumami ang commercial areas, nalinis ang mga ilog, nagkaron ng mga eco park, gumanda ang Maynila, dumami ang eskwela, gumanda ang import-export industry..etc.

Pero parang wala man lang nakapuna.

Pakiramdam yata nating Pinoy e superhero ang mga government officials. Na pag naupo sila, bigla na lang tayong makakatanggap ng maletang puno ng pera. Ano yon lotto? ediba yun ang ipinangako ni Eddie Gil? edi sana binoto nyo sya.

Please hindi ganun kadali ang lahat. Sa totoo lang umayos-ayos na ng konti ang kondisyon ng bansa. Let's stay positive para magpatuloy ang pag-angat ng Pilipinas. Maniwala naman tayo sa magagawa ng bansa natin.

I was bloghopping as usual and was able to read some really, very beautiful posts. The writers were diverse, actually. Some are mothers, students, gay people, angry people, emo, lovers, etcetera. I just can't recall the names of these creative minds here. But these are all Pinoy.

First thing I'm wondering about is why, with all these great and unique written content in blogs, why do we have very few good Filipino books in the market? Sayang na sayang lang. (Wag kang kumanta.) Just look at the Pinoy literature section in your nearest National bookstore. Diba isang rack lang yung para sa mga serious books (I actually consider Bob Ong books 'serious' because they 'seriously' sell like pancakes). Tapos, the expensive ones pa are written only as textbooks. Have you ever seen a Pinoy book na makapal? I have never seen one. Only thin volumes are being sold. I am puzzled..are they saying that our attention span can only tolerate thin volumes of Pinoy creativity? Kahit English pa yan o Tagalog, if you have read what I have read in Pinoy blogs, I would definitely buy a book they would write.

E ano ba yung non-serious books sa kabilang rack? Yun yung mga pocketbooks. Yung mga romance stories. Naman mehn. Mas marami pang pocketbooks sa bookstore kaysa sa textbooks eh. Ito ang mga titles na nakita ko:

-Cuckoodoodleduo
-Pag-ibig ng kontrabida
- forgot the title pero La Tigra yung protagonist

Hanep. Yun na.period.. ay gusto ko pang magdagdag --merong bastos moments,so don't buy them. (bakit ko kaya alam?). Anyway, at least sila merong courage na magsulat ng magsulat.

Okay, so I guess the reason why would be "fear". Being a writer and selling what you wrote is like a boat ride into the ocean. Konti lang din siguro ang publishers dito sa Pilipinas na gustong mag-invest sa mga literature. Kawawang mga writers. Nagbabakasakali sila sa mga blogs. Sa bagay online journal din 'to. I'm happy cause I get to read them for free here in the net. But I hope our system does something to remedy this. Nasasayang lang ang mga utak at talents ng mga Pinoy bloggers na'to. Ang ganda talaga ng mga poetry at prose nila. Di bale i will list their names sometime. Sana meron pang hope para sa literature ng mga Pilipino.

Pero pag masakit na ang pwet ko, wala na kong pakialam kahit nakatingin pa si Marc Nelson.

Mukha tuloy akong nakayakap sa nanay ko na para bang mag-aabroad sya ng 10 years sabay sigaw ng "inaaay!" (Aking ina..mahal kong ina.... -kanta sa Remy)

Anyway, worried na worried talaga si mama. Buti naman at kinaya ko pang umuwi. I hope hindi magkafracture ang coccyx area dahil sabi sa google medyo "slow" ang healing time nun. Kaya guys, magingat kayo sa paglalakad sa mga madudulas at sa mga ramps. Okay.

May mabuting-loob na nagsuggest sa akin (kuyanin) na maging barista daw ako sa Starbucks. I love that place, at parang cool diba..pero hindi pwede dahil LDS ako. We live by the word of wisdom and that means no coffee or tea. Basta nothing addictive. Don't get me wrong, I'm really thankful for his idea pero isipin nyo na lang halimbawa isang Muslim na nagtatrabaho sa Monterey. diba hindi okey? Kaya naisipan kong magtanong muna.

Anyway,ngayon ko lang naisip na ang tamad ko pala. That's why i decided to get off my lazy as* and start looking for a job. Aleluya.. habang nagtatraysikel ako sa Paranaque, naalala kong isa pala sa pangarap ko ay magturo ng English sa Koreano. Yan ay dahil kakanood ng Full House at My Girl.ahaha ang babaw.toooot (mura yan). Pero, I liked the idea dahil maganda naman ang compensation at tadtad ang P'que ng Korean schools.

Hi guys. Of all the genre of music in the world, my favorites are mostly RnB and hiphop. I'm sure most of you like them too cause both of these are very popular in this generation. Recently while I was bloghopping, I found a site that sells rap and hiphop instrumental music. The name of the site is Jee Juh.com. I loved the site the instant it opened up in my window. There was already loud sound blaring once you open it up. I'm sure you'd feel the same way I did cause I was bobbing my head and loving the beats! They have their own player, so no more downloading. Just click the music and listen. I recommend "Young 35 lb. Lamb" and "Back for More" both by Elliot Waite cause I'm a woman and to me they're a little ANTM-sounding. i finished nursing and already passed the board exam. Pero hindi ko gusto maging nurse agad.
I reserve myself to becoming a nurse when I grow up and start building relationships or a family. But right now, I want to reserve my time to fulfilling all of my dreams.

Gusto kong maging cartoonist. Tuwing nababanggit ko to sa mga magulang ko, sa pandinig nila parang nagdrugs na ko. I really don't want to ruin my life. I just wanna do what I want now when I'm young. i don't want to grow old and regret not chasing after my dreams.

Napakasakit na talaga ng tiyan ko dahil kumain kami sa restaurant ng ulam na panglimang tao. eh 2 lang kami ni Mami at kinain ko halos lahat dahil nga bawal sa kanya ang cholesterol.

Kaya naisipan kong magexercise sa hall ng floor namin. Wala akong maisip na exercise. At dahil fan ako ng America's Next Top Model, naisipan kong magrunway walk pabalik-pabalik sa hall.

Kaya ayan todo strut ako at nageemote pa ko dahil i really wanna be a model. (huwaw)

Nung pagod na ko, paglingon ko ay walang kaabog-abog (O.A.) ay meron palang surveillance camera na nanonood sa aking fashion show. Nagsmile na lang ako at nagpeace sign.

Kinabukasan, yung tagalinis ng floor ay ngiting-ngiti nung makita ako na para bang meron syang kakaibang alam.

Bale sinabi nya lang naman yan sa lahat ng kachurch mates at katext nya. Ang talino ko talaga,'no. Kaya pala pinurga ako ng text nung gabi na "congrats kukai,number 11 pala ha!"
