Wenz writes a letter to his crush

I have a little brother. His name is Wenz (bulol), he is now eleven years old.
When he was still six he made a letter to his crush.

So cute and innocent no? He never sent it kasi nahiya siya nung binuyo namin... Pero I still think that it's so thoughtful that he wrote this for a girl. What do you think of my brother's letter?

"I Will Not Die" blog

The blog name itself makes a reader itch to know about this blog. . Basically, I Will Not Die is about the author's personal views, life events and opinions. I have read a few posts but you can already sense that the articles or the blog itself is about inspiring its readers to “not die” or to not give up. Not exactly that but quite similar. It's a very simple blog..not much designs and no pictures or that much color to get you attention..But why do I think this blog is worth reading? That's because this blog is optimistic yet practical. Our world (especially in the author's country, USA) is so filled up with rants and negativism that, somehow, blogs like this one provide a ray of hope. The author tells about his struggles in daily life and how he doesn't want to give up on it. Visit this blog and I'm sure you'll find a well-written article here that would make you feel even just a little bit optimistic about daily life. Happy, happy bloghopping!

They said in the pulse asia survey

My take on that is..
Most Filipinos are natural whiners. Puro reklamo lang. Puro sisi.

Ambilis natin makalimot. Hindi na tayo natuto.
............

Barack Obama.
finished from Columbia University (Ivy league)
studied law in Harvard and was president of Harvard law review school.
Obama worked as a community organizer and practiced as a civil rights attorney before serving three terms in the Illinois Senate
then he was voted for the US senate.
(he helped create legislation regarding lobbying and electoral fraud, climate change, nuclear terrorism, and care for returned U.S. military personnel.)
And now he is the president of United States

Look at his credentials. I'm not saying that we vote for a guy who graduated from Harvard. BUt... Let us vote for people who are active in the community and government and someone who initiates change.

I wonder why

I was bloghopping as usual and was able to read some really, very beautiful posts. The writers were diverse, actually. Some are mothers, students, gay people, angry people, emo, lovers, etcetera. I just can't recall the names of these creative minds here. But these are all Pinoy.

First thing I'm wondering about is why, with all these great and unique written content in blogs, why do we have very few good Filipino books in the market? Sayang na sayang lang. (Wag kang kumanta.) Just look at the Pinoy literature section in your nearest National bookstore. Diba isang rack lang yung para sa mga serious books (I actually consider Bob Ong books 'serious' because they 'seriously' sell like pancakes). Tapos, the expensive ones pa are written only as textbooks. Have you ever seen a Pinoy book na makapal? I have never seen one. Only thin volumes are being sold. I am puzzled..are they saying that our attention span can only tolerate thin volumes of Pinoy creativity? Kahit English pa yan o Tagalog, if you have read what I have read in Pinoy blogs, I would definitely buy a book they would write.

E ano ba yung non-serious books sa kabilang rack? Yun yung mga pocketbooks. Yung mga romance stories. Naman mehn. Mas marami pang pocketbooks sa bookstore kaysa sa textbooks eh. Ito ang mga titles na nakita ko:

-Cuckoodoodleduo
-Pag-ibig ng kontrabida
- forgot the title pero La Tigra yung protagonist

Hanep.
(hello ati)

Okay, so I guess the reason why would be "fear". Being a writer and selling what you wrote is like a boat ride into the ocean. I'm happy cause I get to read them for free here in the net. But I hope our system does something to remedy this. Di bale i will list their names sometime.

--inhale--

Anyways. I just salute you all, dear bloggers.

Masakit ang..

Masakit ang coccyx ko.
Coccyx.
Ano daw?
buto sa butt yan.

Naglalakad kami kahapon ni motherhood. Umakyat ako ng konti sa isang mababang rampa at yun..the rest is history (O.A.)

linya ni mother: Anak, bakit bigla kang nawala?

I did breathing exercises to relieve the pain.

(Aking ina..mahal kong ina....

Okay.

Get a health-care profession online?

Hello, I'm a nurse right? I can testify that some of the best courses to take are health care related. Why? Because the employment rate is very high. These professions are basically in demand. I have discovered another profession which is one of the fastest growing professions in the U.S. And that is to become a Medical Assistant.

Nowadays there is basically no excuse to not secure an education. The advent of online education has made it possible for students to actually stay at home and get a degree. Again, some of the best courses to take are health-care related but not everyone has the time and money to become a doctor or a nurse. Why not try another great choice like being a medical assistant? There is a system of education called Saint Augustine School of Medical Assistants that have offered to help aspirants finish their studies online and in the comfort of their own homes! It's a great idea especially if you have another commitment like a job or a family. Their website MedAssistant.org proclaims that this industry is one of the fastest growing occupations in the U.S by 2006-2016. By registering in their distance education program, you can study at your own convenience minus the hassles. The website says, most of their medical assistant students finish the course in 6 to 8 weeks but again you could do it at your own pace. Join their medical assistant school and for their "Online Enrollment Drive", you can pay your tuition fee for only $645 (or $485 if you enrol as a group). That's less than a thousand dollars! You get value for your money because of the very competent teaching staff listed in the site. MedAssistant.org already contains students' testimonials, registration forms, program details, and contact details. Their site can even help you with suitable payment options. It's really a one-stop site that could help people improve themselves through health-care education. Visit their site because being a medical assistant just might me the best option for you!

Crossroads update

Story of the Day:
I keep thinking about a tale my nurse used to read to me about a bird whose wings were pinned to the ground......In the end when he finally frees himself, he flies so high he becomes a star. My nurse said the story was about how we all have something that keeps us down......

Hello world, ang hirap palang maging bum.please wag nyong i-try.
On my former post, I was looking for suggestions to earn money and study as a cartoonist.

I love that place, at parang cool diba..pero hindi pwede dahil LDS ako. We live by the word of wisdom and that means no coffee or tea. Basta nothing addictive. Don't get me wrong, I'm really thankful for his idea pero isipin nyo na lang halimbawa isang Muslim na nagtatrabaho sa Monterey. diba hindi okey? Kaya naisipan kong magtanong muna.

That's why i decided to get off my lazy as* and start looking for a job.

I hope they hire me!
what are your thoughts on this job I applied for?
